Join us in Kansas City for a four-day immersion with founders at your stage. Expect an onslaught of 1-on-1 coaching, small-group workshops, VIP dinners, and focused conversations - all designed to make the curriculum more actionable. The thesis of this phase is fine-tuning, relationship-building, and community integration. For many, it becomes the most educational week of their entrepreneurial journey.
Phase 3
One Year Of Monthly Coaching Focused On Scaling
It’s time to add gasoline to the fire. In this phase, you’ll get a full year of monthly consultations with alternating coaches. Those same people are available informally throughout this same process via more informal meetings and email correspondence. You’re essentially getting a board of advisors with zero voting power but an incentive for you to grow. The thesis is simple: scale what’s working. Our focus zeroes in on key growth drivers—automations, funnels, processes and playbooks, hardware/software/equipment, and financial strategy (equity splits, fundraising, and exit planning).
