By offering everyone who steps into our shop the option to different services, especially men who otherwise will not try a particular service or purchase a line of products, educating them about their and how to use the products we use to get the ultimate reasults. We solve people hair/scalp problems and we educate clients about their hair as well as prescribing the proper products to maintain the healthiness of their hair, beard, scalp, and skin. We work with all hair textures no matter what your ethnic organ because we pride ourselves on providing services for everyone no one is excluded unless we do not offer that particular service you are requesting. Before any service, we do a complete consultation, usually when you book your appt I answer promptly either by email, txt, or zoom/google meet, so I would have a general on what services along with pic of themselves and desire style/cut. By doing this it allows us to analyze the problem/situation, give you a recommendation on the type of services you need like a deep conditioning treatment, the type of treatment (olaplex/K18), product use and purpose, and suggest a regimen for at home care. This build confidence and trust between you and the client.
