We create user friendly software for race car drivers to track their setup and race weekend data in - with the intention of using that data to create predictive analytics for setups in different car, track and weather condition combinations.

My company is bringing a digital way to track race car setup data to racers, so they can get out of notebooks and actually use the power of their data to make better, more competitive decision for setting their race car up for different weather and track combinations.

Graduating with a Masters Degree is probably the biggest one. I also think I am becoming a really competent, engaging public speaker, though I don't have any awards to prove that. Even though my day job doesn't quite pay enough to do all the racing I want to do, it is a pretty good job that I have worked hard to move up in and has allowed me to start a company with some of my own funds.
