If you’re a product business, maybe it’s a small surprise in the box or a follow-up email that helps them get more out of what they bought.

Why this matters

When you reduce the time-to-value, three things happen:

  1. Retention goes up. People who see results fast stick around longer.

  2. Referrals increase. They tell others because they had a great first impression.

  3. Support requests drop. A confident customer doesn’t panic or churn.
